Hi, I found this forum by browsing Bing. I use Bing because I feel sad for it never being used. Even virtual search engines need love. Especially when nazi Google get's all the credit.

I tend to go off topic often, but I have never gotten sick before.

I'm not so good with introductions, they make me angsty and nervous, but I do love writing and reading, and I think we got that in common!

I do not eat bacon, or shark. It's against my religion.

Friends gave me advice for when I meet new people, virtual or irl. They said: "The Mighty BaconShark, you have to find something in common when talking to them. Find something they can relate to, and you will be best friends in no time."

I am a bit awkward, but i'll give that advice a go: Twilight sucks and Fight Club is awesome. I love sandwiches and pizza. I wear clothes and I hate it when I hit my little toe against something. What do we need it for anyway, right? Life sucks but sometimes it can be really great. For you Americans: I hate terrorists. For you Europeans: I...hug people a lot? Unless they don't feel comfortable, then I give free chocolate. Oh and also emotions. Wow, sometimes, emotions? Fuck them, right?

Well, hello, it is nice to meet anyone here.

Weeeelllll...people who call me Shark usally think i'm a Sexy Handsome Aardvark Ringo Kaiser (which so happen to include a couple of my most favorite things on this planet) so i'll allow it. :)

And sorry if I don't post as much in the future, I got trust issues and usually stare for a while before doing anything productive. Thanks again for the kind welcome.

I think just because of how awesome this intro thread is I'll spare you the usual speech about the exit fee should you decide to leave.

Hey guy, I'm pretty cool, you should probably look up to me. I like to think of myself as Dhaven's lovable scoundrel, but then again I think a lot of things about myself. Anyways, I'm not a mod or an admit, therefore you should probably trust me more than them, I am nearly certain there is quite a bit a science to back that up. Look it up.

Ummm... Hmmm, Well, i think that's it for now. But if you need to know anything I am a wealth of knowledge, so... keep that in mind.

    Hello there!
    :3
I still think of myself as a newbie here, so there's that in common! :D
I'm pretty easygoing, and I'm really really shy on here, so don't expect me to do more than lurk. I listen really good, though! :D
But everyone is really amazing here, and I'm sure that you'll find a place here really easily~
I guess what I'm trying to say is, welcome! :D

    - I only have 3 Bacon dimes™ for the leaving fee, if it were to happen. I hope this is alright.

    - Dolentrean, i'd love to take you on that offer, as I am always looking for people who are more intelligent then me. I am currently looking for the meaning of life and why bacon is so damn popular. There is a wide variety of philosophies on both matters, but maybe you can share me yours.

    - Frae (can I call you Frae or would that be offensive? It sounds like it's a fairy name. I like fairies, as they remind me of Peter Pan. Peter Pan in turn reminds me of the movie Hook, which is obviously amazing. This concludes my reasoning for why fairies are awesome.) , maybe we can start a newbie group and gossip about the regulars! I hear that's what people like to do.

    - And again, thanks for the welcome. This is a very interesting messaging board, I have to say. It seems filled up with entertainment and knowledge, yet run by a close community. It reminds me of the TV-Show Community. I'm not sure who are Abed and Troy, but those two are hilarious together. Cool. Cool cool cool.

You can call me Frae. :D In fact, many people do call me Frae. c: I like fairies, too. <3
When I was on Neopets fifty million years ago, I was obsessed with the different fairies they had. :D
And Peter Pan 2 was the first movie I saw where I couldn't see anything, cause I needed glasses. :c So I really never watched it at all. Which, in retrospect, is probably a good thing.

Hmmm... Yes, we are a lot like Community, lots of self aware witty comedy is thrown about. Quite tight nit, and we each fill our respective roles... Its lovely to say the least. I will let you figure out whom is whom so far as it comes to characterization as time goes by. I mean, clearly a mighty baconshark such as yourself is up to such a task.

Also, yes, Hook is a good movie, but Julia Roberts as Tink? I don't know if that really helps your 'fairies are awesome' claim that much.

Julia Roberts was a rotten Tink, but then, no one beats the ORIGINAL Disney Tink. And Hook is another gift from the gods. I love that movie.

Welcome Bacon, bacon tastes good and is the only pork that I am willingly happy to eat.

My bit of advice is to just jump right in with no reservations. Seriously, we have a way to let ourselves go at times in our own little world. Just jump right into an RP or make your own and advertise the hell out of your RP if RPing is your thing. Be sure to ask the creator first if they are taking any new characters though.

I'm sorry to say, but we have a tendency to make new people to feel like they aren't a part of the group by complete accident with how close we are to everyone (We have lost so many newcomers because of this in the last year alone that it is worrisome). The best way to get passed that is to participate in conversations in the shoutbox and RP like crazy.

    Thanks, Alcest.

Yeah, I've noticed that people here are very close. I might feel like an intruder from time to time, but honestly, it's a breath of fresh air for me. I'm used to bigger forums where your voice get's lost as if you are speaking to a wall. I just don't want to disturb anything and seem rude for entering your privacy.

Nah, join in. We treat everyone like family, or try to. If something is truly a private conversation, then its in PM, so if its the shoutbox, its fair game.
