Yall's lovable dragon is back online, after how long?...lol. Just been so busy- but to give you an update- short and sweet. Out of the Army since 2010, don't have son back- going through court again sooner and later to get him back from mother-in-law- she's playing a shady game and treating my son as a tool- so pray for me and hubby on getting him back- and yes I am still married- we worked it out. Hubby got out on Medical Retirement from wounds he got in Iraq in early 2012- mostly internal and non visible ones. I still live in KY though- moved to Elizabethtown about two-three months ago. I'm currently working as hubby's caregiver, getting paid by the VA- it's not much, but just enough to get bills done without late payments- and get food in the house after so long of scrounging about trying to get food... I had a job but had it only two months till they laid me off before Christmas- but I can't complain it was a temp thing anyways...lol.

Hope that everyone is doing great, ^_^. Please PM me anytime... might end up not having this lap top for long though, been having problems with it, but do have hubby's- and yes he does share...lol. just be on here for and hour and done anyways..lol. Talk to you all soon...*HUGS*

Sounds like things are going more decent for you. Didn't know your husband was injured, sounds painful. My uncle was recently ran over by a car about two weeks ago and his entire left side is destroyed. I hear he feels no pain. Weird.

Legal battles... I don't know. I believe you ave to live through them before giving advice, unless if you are a lawyer. Do you have one? A good one?

Money is money, can't complain as long as it is flowing in and keeping your current life stable. Hopefully in the future you get something better, sounds like you two deserve it. Are there medical bills from your husbands injury that you have to pay as well? I would imagine yes, but I don't know how military injuries work.

By the way you may remember me as either Zyta, Angst, Aduro, Matt. You'll find the place as changed quite a bit. People are less open and more hostile than in years gone by. If you can/willing to stay it'd be nice to have someone to talk with. Also, if you had a journal and it's missing I can bring it back safe and sound or give you a new one.

It's good to hear you again... From being away for so long I kind of figured that things will change.. but really you can't really control that sort of thing- that's life. I did have a journal, but I don't think I used it much...lol.
But yeah, hubby did get hurt in Iraq, just wasn't to noticeable till he got to his new unit in KY. They notice it right away that he was not performing well from his back injuries and that he had a shorter fuse then usual. PTSD really... he's been through a lot so they let him go with medical retirement since he was in for 8 years...

Well if you all need anything you can even hit me up on my email katherine.clayburn@yahoo.com. I got my laptop fixed so I'll be on here more often... if I'm not on in a certain day though that's just going on appointments for hubby since I'm his certified caregiver now.
