If you're like me, you harbor a multitude of Role-Plays in your mind that you mull over developing or not. I can't seem to go a day without thinking of some new Role-Play, but as some may have noticed I don't set them into motion. I have no desire to because i have this sneaky suspicion that it won't amount to much, given how things generally are. Here is a place to dump RPs that you have thought of. Maybe one or more will be found and given interest and maybe develop further and gain a cult following so that it may one day live. I do believe that it is at least best to keep a record of these ideas for the future because no one knows what will one day happen. My first idea is a two sided conflict of a tried and true formula: Cops and Robbers. The cops are Interpol and the Robbers is a secret organization that no one is sure even exists except for a select few within the Interpol divisions. The robbers do not kill, that is their number one rule, but they do have weapons. They have honor. RP'ers can play either as an Interpol agent or as a member of the secret organization of thieves. It's a pretty straight forward idea. This idea was created thanks to watching the movie of Lupin the III Vs Detective Conan. (Anime's best thief and greatest detective) My second idea I know for certain no one will want to preform for it deals with politics. Yes, politics; don't look at my words like you're reading a swear word. The setting is set in either the real world or a fictional futuristic, historical, or even mythical where one group is suppressed by a much stronger, intelligent, and just all around more important than they are. The idea is a revolution: Freedom. IT is not as cut and dry as fighting and you're done, you can't fight when in one battle they could crush the revolutionists in one fell swoop. It would take political manipulations, assassinations, straight up murder, backstabbing, and, of course, fighting to stay alive and achieve the ultimate end of a revolution. This idea was formed by looking at the American revolution and the Ottoman Empire. The last idea for now is to take our true selves from the real world as ordinary humans with no special abilities. Our names, genders, ages, everything would be converted into RP format. There is a gathering, call it the gathering of Dreamer's Haven if you want, but at the meeting place we find a portal into a another world, maybe a door, or a wardrobe to reference C.S. Lewis. The new world would be exactly the same as ours, except different in every way. The story would be ourselves exploring this new world, surviving, and fighting to stay alive by any means. This idea was made by the Visual Novel game Cross+Channel and Hayao Miyazaki (his idea of how each main character in his movies arrive in a new world and both the characters and those watching experience things for the first time together).
