    * "they are the best we could find. These are their files" the elder with long white hair handed the women a small pile of folders. "Not as much as I was hoping for sir..." the 24 year old said softly, respectfully. "They are the best... and few were wlling to go. These will help us take back from the darkness." She looked back at the elder and nodded, "very well, I will not fail you" her sapphire orb heldin by silver roses hung from her neck glowing now as she walked away.

Her brown waves bouncing behind her, Keysanna's deep blue eyes watched as each step she took made the flame lit halls flicker, the sound of her healed boots echo as she holds the files against her chest, "I will not fail you grandfather...."*

As Keysanna walks down the halls she peers into a couple open doors curiosity of what's to come, inside one she had noticed first off a dark evil pressence, the air from the room was tence and heavey, nothing could be seen at first, as she walks closer to the door she could hear a couple of voices, "how many was there?!" Cried a man as she could hear the deep breahing from another, "4 total, how the hell did 4 of those things get in here!" She peeked in more and saw what she was feeling, they had 4 dark creatures in the room, locked in some sort of containment chamber, they were howling for freedom, scratching at the walls with anger, their red eyes peering out hungerly. "What are we doing with them?!?" That's when keysanna walked in....

"Please I have an idea for them, " they looked at her surprised to see someone wander in. "Lady noone is allowed on this end of the castle, we were not told that anyone was to be on here untll the experts arrive" she laughed a dark laugh, "I am the leader of the experts... and I could use those for training, to see what my team can do..." the two men looked at each other and shrugged, "I don't see why not,and sorry we didn't reconize you Keysanna, your grandfather told us who you were but not of your looks..." with having said that they ran out to finish preparing for the rest to arrive, her blue eyes glowed at the sight of the demons, "yes very perfect indeed...." she giggled and picked up a golden key from the table and placed it on a chain which was on her neck already and watched as the key sat between the pale skin of her chest, "yes..."
She walked out of the room shutting the door, she took a small black lighter from her bag and lit it waving her hand before the small flame creating a small "stamp" on the door with the demons, now she would remember the room, and only she could open the door. The fire seal was small yet powerful, its been deveoped for years, its how she used to lock people out of her room. She continued her walk to to meeting room a smile of content on her lips.

In an office type room on the other end of the castle Keysanna sat in a big black chair, waving her hand before the fire in the fireplace making shapes and patterns, a dark smile on her face. She was reading over the files, "it seems I've got a sterdy team, a healer is good..." she whispered to herself as she took a sip of the red wine that she was drinking. "I wonder who will show up first" her hand waved more as she seemed o make a couple o shapes dance together. Her small hands with red painted nails, had power corsing through them as she played with fir, one of her many tlents, moreso she could start any type of fire... any.
As this being her first role of leadership she was a bit nervous. Yet she knew she could help, but she was more with the team work idea. And having this new aquired training tool she could now see what their potentual was and how they could help....these creatures didn't go down easily, and her skill was well enough to kill them, but the thing was she couldn't do it alone.
Her black dress was clean, neatly pressed no wrinkles or spots. Her long legs streatched out before her, as he got confertable she begain to drift off in thought playing with the fire.
'If we saved the world, I could settle down, if ha such a big responsiblity,a group of 4 is small what are the chances,... yet, even now, as I remember, all that the darkness has taken from me, all I. Ever wanted was a family, and that's what they took, they feed on it, I know they do... fears desires... they crave it. Could this group be willing to lose something dear to them? Could they withstand the true test?' She begain thinking more as her eyes glanced over the other files, 'all younger then me, but one, this could be fun' she laugheda little and shut her eyes.

That's when she was startled by a knock on the door. She nearly slid out of her chair, "who is it? And do come in!" She called calmly as she sat back up as if nothing happened.

Darkness filled his eyes, listening to the throes of pain that stirred into the realms of pleasure like a battering ram. It was a game, fit for just two, as they lay against one another before a mantle-piece, the fires of the night finally cadencing to greet some of the dim lines of daytime. A roll of thunder suggested that any light would not last – and the heavy bursts of rain would shunt all into their homes.

When the astonished and delighted cries ceased the end of their endeavours, he glanced up to watch the exhausted, lithe form above him, which had just before moved so fiercely, so eagerly against his touch. Her hair, white as snow, curtained her form so well, a contrast to the lusciously dark skin that carried it. He watched her closely as she moved herself away from him, the beautiful tips of her toes pressing into her floors as silently as a panther.

It would be a shame to break her, to shame her, the mage thought, she was certainly the most entertaining of them all. But he had things to do – and if fucking one of the higher-ups was the best way to do it, that was one more puppet to the collection.

He didn't dare imagine the look on her face if she ever found out. The thought of her damaged expression excited him. He rolled onto his front.

This was it, he ascertained, he had seduced an Expert. It didn't matter which one it was – but this physical contrast seemed quiet enough. He promised her everything, given her what she seemed to want – and, to his surprise, she seemed to know what he wanted. To a degree. None could have known about his desire to overthrow the Elders. Anyone who did had been dealt with accordingly.

The first night they met been unexpected; for her, at least. Later, after the ball of which they became acquainted, she had invited him to her chambers, done things to him the fantasies that had crawled through his mind like a disease the instant he saw her. Dark desires had filled that chamber for weeks – and every time Snowflake had greeted him, it had always been with a knowing smile. A smile so smug that deserved to be damaged.

    Her time would come.

    Oh yes. It would.

The thin, white garb over her body was not modest – but it was enough to stir away the after-chill of their session. For him, it only stirred further flames in his loins. She made her way to the fireplace, throwing in extra logs to feed the fire. It grew quickly, greedily devouring the wood with an angry crackle.

'Wine?' her voice chimed like cold winds against metal.

Connall nodded with a slight grin. He took the glass without thanks nor thought and drained it, the luscious, honey-filled tang second only to his taste of success. His eyes however, still drifted to Snowflake's form as she sat back on the bed, drawing the blankets towards her. She hadn't marked her glass with her lips. That smug smile. What was she thinking?

He lay back, tousling the lengths of her hair. 'What?'

'I am not your first,' she said. She was prone to bluntness. He didn't care – he was willing to sate her curiosity to sate his own pleasures. 'There have been so many.'

Connall propped himself up with an elbow. 'Indeed,' he drawled, 'but they are nothing to you. You, my dear, are truly lovely.'

Words that could make a maiden blush – he made the mistake of not knowing that Snowflake was no maiden. Or a fool.

'I know,' she responded. 'I've seen what I do to you.'

Connall snorted. 'I certainly hope that you've not just been seeing...' he caressed the top of her thigh with a knuckle.

When she met his eyes, the electricity seemed striking. An unfamiliar sensation of fear started creeping from the small of the magician's back, apt to making his fingers stop their lazy play for a moment. Then, the fear was gone. He sat up, refilling his glass, all the more, feeling Snowflake's gaze rise to peer at the back of his neck. She eyed her work with something like pride, picking out the places where her mouth and hands had touched him.

He was only able to tell because of the numerous mirrors laden in her chamber, with every wall coated in a series of elaborate glasses and frames. This particular one, hung over the mantle-piece, was flat and sharp, embellished with a stone dagger that glared from the top.

    Connall suddenly stopped moving.

The mirror served its function well.

Stark naked and with arms outstretched, the man looked like a lunatic. Snowflake resisted the urge to smile, instead, moving herself to face him, dressing into her proper robes, her eyes never leaving his. As soon as she was dressed, she straightened and for once, the Expert lived up to her name.

'Imagine. This will be the last bit of female flesh you'll ever see.'

'Bitch. You goddamn bitch! This isn't over! I'll get you!'

Snowflake's expression was so soft and subtle, that the stoicism outshone the amount of coldness reflected past it. Her voice struck confidence like lightning's kiss against the trees outside.

    'No you won't.'

As she called for the guards to take away the latest conspirator against the kingdom, Snowflake knew that she would be the last one to arrive at Keysanna's chamber.

Its been almost 3 months since Daemon left his quite tranquil village to travel to a kingdom that requested his presence to help banish a dark presence that loomed within their realm. Though the days be long and hard he looked at it as time to spend with the earth as he traveled to a land that he had not no knowledge of to serve the greater good. All wasn't so bad Daemon thought to himself it was a lovely day outside on this planet they called mother earth with birds taking to the seamless sky as the gracefully floated, animals roaming the green pasture playing with their young and trees providing shade for the wildlife to seek rest and refuge from the sun. All this was a blessing in his eyes though it was sad all these beautiful creature's lives could be in peril.

Destination now peeking over the horizon he begins to pick up the pace to get to the kingdom even sooner, as he used his staff for leverage to keep his balance as he walked his keen eyes sees that dirt now plagues his white attire. Daemon was also assured that he had dirt on his brown robe but it was unseen because it just blended in with it.

    *signs*

"This won't do, not only must I find water and rest for a bit but I also must have my garbs cleaned."

Trying to casually dust some of the dirt off continued to stride towards the city that was now moments away he retracted his staff and placed at his side letting his left foot be the first to touch the streets of an unfamiliar land that would take him sometime of getting use to. Scanning the area taking in passerby's, venders, and stalls it wouldn't take the young monk to find the kingdom that towered over its city and people.

"Ah yes this will most undoubtedly take quite some time getting used to."

He questionably eyed the stone walls of the kingdom proceeding to its doors. It would only be normal for the guards to block off his path with their pikes preventing Daemon from getting any closer.

Bowing as his traditional custom dictates he informs the guards he brings no threat to their domain and that he's here to see a Ms. Keysanna.

OOC: UGH, my rping is getting real rusty I'm sorry

    This was so much nicer…

Hunter smiled as he saw his bone filled plate, the hot spices still tingling on his mouth, the sensation of warm food inside his stomach always made him glad, but now that he knew it would last it made him more so, his moon colored eyes looked around the room as his fingers raised his glass, taking it to his mouth, the summer wine was so much sweeter than the ale of his tribe, some of the old-men didn’t liked it, he enjoyed it fully…

Mothers gathered with their children, some still teary eyed thinking of what they had lost, but most just as glad as he was for what they had kept.

All of them fair skinned and dark haired, dressed with furs and wool just like him, but a few had decided to switch to the clothes the city guards had brought for them, most suited a tad short, the people in this city were rather short in comparison to them, even with the women, he found it funny, he had never being tall, not on his Tribe, average at most, but here, with these tiny people, he was, a good head taller than most and that made him smile even more.

The old man he had known his whole life just by the name of Bear, on account of his thickness and height, was practically a bearded titan here, despite the fact that, like all of them, he had lost a lot of weight during the journey here.

His mother’s sister, Kama, and her two daughters, Kaya and Saya were now starting to smile again, though the laughter had always being easy to the girls before, now it took all his creativity just to get a few chuckles out of them, but on this warm city and with the help of the rest of their Clan, he was sure they would get better soon enough, they hadn’t lost as much weight as others, Hunter had always made sure the girls got as much food as possible, Kama was biting on her meat still but Saya was only playing with the bones of her plate while Kaya sipped at the suit fruit juice she was served with the food, they were too young for wine after all.

Normally he would stay longer, not today, he had things to do.

“They are gathering the Experts today, not sure why, but I might be late today, don’t worry I’ll be back” He informed his tribe with a relaxed smile, he had being making a point of leaving them every one and again just to explore the city and for them to get used to dealing with matters on their own, so far it seemed to be working, Bear and Kama could take care of the group and the women weren’t afraid of asking the local guards for anything by now

So with that he was on his way, it took him a rather short amount of time to find his way to the higher levels of the main Castle, he was getting more used to it with every passing day.

He wasn’t too surprised to find the door closed, however it did surprised him to find a female voice on the other side after knowing, he was used on dealing with and old man, one of the higher ups of the city, he wasn’t sure if he was the biggest one in charge, but he seemed like the time, this new voice however made him a bit uneasy “I’m Frostwolf…
I came for the Experts gather”

He said as he opened the door, a confused look being obvious on his silver eyes as he looked at the girl within the office, he didn’t knew her, but something about her seemed familiar, his left hand brushed the scar on his cheek instinctually and he passed it off taking it higher to brush his own dark hair away from his face, a smile of confidence on his lips, he was a Chieftain now, after all..

Keysanna looked at him with a smile, "im keysanna, and your the first of my group to arrive, although, one is entering the gates to the castle now, he will be escored to here. I"
Her blue eyes watched him and offered him a seat. "I am glad to have someone of your powers on my group, ive read about some of your past jobs. Your going to be of great help."
Her voice was calm as she spoke to him. Her painted red lips smiled as she takes another sip of her wine.
"I hope your trip wasnt to long"

"Mrs. Keysanna is ecpecting you in the east tower, there will be someone at the door to take you there." one of the guards had told him. They pointed to a short paved path lined with berry bushes. The castle was large and old, given the elders lived here. It was a bright day, yet a bit cold. The birds could be hurd and it seemed quiet, the elders had put a big protection spell so that they had a safe haven.

He smiled back at her for some reason, his eyes looking into hers carefully, almost as if sizing her up, Hunter wasn’t used to women in positions of power, though his mother had told her many times the story about Haleth the Warrior Princess that according to her had being part of their Tribe generations ago, it was her favorite story, so he guessed women could raise on any power structure…

At her question, his hand brushed instinctively his scar, trying to disguise the movement by passing his fingers through his hair, his smile disappearing as his voice grew slightly darker “The journey was hard and treacherous, the cold all around, the blizzard on our backs and the darkness on our heels”

His eyes focused on some point behind her for just a few seconds…

“But now my tribe seems to be recovering and for that I’m thankful” He added then with a smile, suddenly wondering how much she actually knew about what he had told to the old man and what his tribe had recounted to the guards about their journey “So as it was agreed, I’m at your service”

Keysanna smiled and nodded "its good to have you, oh how rude of me...." she took out another glass "would you care fr some wine?" She nearly laughed as she put her own glass down. Her smile was warm and inviting as her blue eyes watched him.
"That is quite the scar you have... oh forgive me I really don't mean to be rude," she looked at the fire once more almost picturing the dark creatures within before looking back to hunter.

"There will be four of us in this group... once we are all together I have a room where you all can sow me wha you can do...."
Her voice was calm and firm. She obviously was getting more confertable with the idea of running a crew yet still was a bit worried about it.

The mordant duty of an Expert was unlimited, Snowflake suspected.

As she walked down the tall, arched hallways of the castle, it was becoming abundantly clear that all traits and mediums were taken into account – but the mage suspected that there was more to it. There usually was, of course. There were whispers in the court of a Multiple in their presence – a logical conclusion therefore, was that this Multiple was an Expert – and in turn, would most likely lead them.

Therein left another question, of course. What would they be capable of?

    Snowflake frowned.

A Multiple had the capacity to cover all traits and abilities of anyone that could possibly be summoned by the Elders. What need did such a person have for other people? Cannon-fodder?

Snowflake chewed on her lip. It was possible, of course. It would also require more than just ability – it was a chess game between they and their foe. In-between, the pawns could turn the tides or die on the player's whim.

The echoes of her careful footsteps were slowly drawing to a close as she entered the study, as directed by the guards. She looked at no-one, her eyes always distant and weary, but she stood as tall as a king and as rigid as a watchman, alert and unbent.

Snowflake had never entered this part of the castle before; there was perhaps some anticipation to be had, but nothing else.

She listened to the muffled sounds behind the door, the kindling of friendships so obvious that the woman emitted a faint chuckle. Calmly, she rapped on the door.

Keysanna smiled and looked at the door, "please come in" the black haired woman aswered as the knock was hurd. Her blue eyes sparkled as she stood up. Her dress had instantly straightenedout as she walked from behind the desk to answer the door finally getting up from her black chair.

She she walked the sound of her boots echoed in the room. The dimly lit room with a few torches on the walls to provide light, and the fireplace still roaring with careful beauty. Her smile was no longer that of a nervous girl, but that of a confident leader, her group was coming together nicely. Her blue eyes watched as she reached for the door handle opening it slowly.

Once she saw the woman that had knocked she greeted her properly.
"My name is Keysanna, you must be snowflake, its a pleasure to finally meet you." Her voice was friendly, elegant and firm. Her blac curls had fallen neatly behind her as she offered her a seat.
"One more to go... snowflake, would you like some wine while we wait, it shouldn't be too long, he's here already. And I trust your travels we're safe" she almost was cheerful, as she took out another glass desiding it best to bring out the forth, "this is hunter, he also will be in the group"
She made a friendly jester to him as she introduced him.

Snowflake didn't reply, her eyes already travelling to the fires of the study. She scrutinised the area silently, the traditions of a desk, chair and mantelpiece locked squarely in place. Funny, she thought, I expected it to be different somehow.

Keysanna. The infamous Multiple. The envy of the realm, by all accounts. On glancing at she and Hunter, one thing had already become certain. The Chieftan made no secret of his origins, much less his presence. Her only acknowledgement of either greeting however, was a brisk nod before her form made its way smoothly to the fire, her hair glistening icily before its billowing brightness. She remained standing, facing neither person.

On the offer of wine, the mage rejected it silently with a brush of her hand.

'My travels?' the mage responded, 'one may say that it has taken all my efforts to step out of the door from down the hall into this little room. I have seen you in the courts. Your reputation as a Multiple precedes you.'

Keysanna nods putting the glass down, "yes well, being a mulitple does have its downsides..." she tried to sound modest about it as she fixed her long black hair behind her. The fire dancing and crackling as she puts the files from the table on a shelf. She had no purpose for them now, and only one mage remaind.

Keysannas bright eyes seemed to glow as she looked at the fire once more almost making it grow a bit as she smiled. " I have hurd of you as well" she said with a bit of a friendly tone. She wanted the group to trust her, and be close and that would come with time, fornow they needed to learn teamwork amoung each other.

The door to the large study opened as a small man entered with a book, this book covered in dust, and very thick, obviously old. "The book you requested from the elders mrs. Keysanna. Sorry about the wait, it was hard to track down." The man set it down on the desk and seemed to dissipear just as quick as he had shown up.

"Ah yes... the book I've been needing... " she looked around the room and nodded when she found the large black messenger bag sitting in a dark courner. She walked over and grabbed it bringing it back as she put the book from the desk in it, along with a red velvet book, smaller and newer. "Don't mind him, he's the castle book keeper. The book he brought well, that is another matter, " her voice seemed to fade as she looked at the small window.

"The book of shadows.... its been in my family for generations, the elders think it will help us, unfortunatly, there's only 2 of us in the group that can use the information and spells inside. " she glancedat snowflake for a second and sat back down. Her eyes watching the door.

Sweet summer wine, he wouldn’t reject it, though he had already drank his fair share of it, he just liked the taste in his mouth, besides, it made it easier for him to sleep, to drown a bit into relaxation, since their journey had begun his dreams were uneasy ones, he had expected they would get better in time, meanwhile, alcohol would suffice…

The mention of his scar made him tense up, even if just a bit, his hand tightening the hold around the cup of wine, he waited a few seconds before answering, taking the liquid to his lips, fortunately someone else arrived and that seemed to be distraction enough.

Hunter drank slowly; savoring the taste and hearing the women talk, letting Keysanna make the introductions, only nodding his agreement.

His eyebrow arched at the small man, just as he thought these people couldn’t get any smaller, his eyes watching him with a mixture of fascination and weariness, the book he brought had a sinister name but he didn’t knew much about books or written words, he knew the men of this land knew how to pain words on paper and that a few liked to read them, but so far he had no interest in such things, he knew his place and his mission

Despite that, it was easy for him, thanks to his height, to see the book over Key’s shoulder and he couldn’t help but indulge in the curiosity “How is that supposed to help us?
What good can do a bunch of papers with words on them?”

She smiled, and looked at him. "This book has very powerful spells for dark mages, it has banishing spells and dark charms that can protect as well as hurt, its a book that the elders protect so it doesn't fall into the wrong hands... which I has before..." she remembered the stories her grandfather would tell her about the fight between dark and light and seemed to daydream a bit.

"I've only held this book once before.... " she sighed and sat back down seeming to feel the worry of what could go wrong if she didn't take care of the book. "It been around for centurys"

Her black hair shined as the fire glowed and crackled, her blue eyes calm as a ocean of water. And her red lips seemed to smile a little. Her thoughts were racing as she put her glass dwn on the desk. 'Only once I was able to open, and I almost mesed up' she thought as she had a flashback.

*it was a dark night as the storm raged the young girl of 16 stoodbefore a peddastool reading a chant from the book watching as a dark figure raised from the ground, the group of elders surounding her as she smiled, 'im doing it I can't believe I'm doing it' she thought as the figure took its form, which is when she fell to her knees and stared in disbelieaf at what shape the figure took. She saw her mother standing before her, a shadow of herself, a dark being. And all keysanna could do was weep, she didn't know why the dark creature would take the form of her mother, yet the elders saw her struggle with emotions and closed the book for her. "It is not the time yet... you will kno the time" *

Keysanna shook her head controling her emotions was now easy, she knew it was the time for the bok, she just didn't know if the group was ready for the powers it contained. Her black dress rested against her as she sighed. "I know that if we all wrk together we will be fine, this book and the magic inside is... well.... our last resort. " she hesatated as she explained the last part returning her gaze to hunter.

'Then we shouldn't take it with us.'

Snowflake frowned, unimpressed by the girl's impending recklessness. She relinquished her gaze from the fire to stare at the group, as if for the first time, as if searching for some spark amongst the wilderness of their intentions. The mage leaned against the mantle-piece, scrutinising them. She didn't mention the twinge of memory strung from Keysanna's thoughts. The mage barred it as harshly as she could – but she did speak.

'Such last resorts would be a risk to even possess. You may not need it, but bearing it with us would increase the risk. These walls are guarded well. Beyond them, we risk robbery from those who would do us – and the world – harm.'

"This is true, however the elders wish us to take it... meaning we all must protect the book as well. " hr voice was almost stiff as she spoke. She had thought the same when they had told her to take it.

Keysanna waved a hand and the flames on the walls grew making the room brighter, showing off her features a bit more as she looked at the door. Her gaze was amost unbroken as she cleared her mind alowing herself to feel a bit mor at ease.

Now that the guards pointed him in the right direction Daemon Proceeded to the east tower. Walking the paved walkway he took in the beautiful sights of what was here long before the ones now inhabiting it. Stopping for a brief moment he was able to hear the earth speak to him, he heard whispers of the life that surrounded him. With a soothing smile he took a quick knee and placed his hand upon the soil.

Becoming one with the earth for but a moment he turned the soil that was improperly treated, by doing so he released the soils nutrients. Now the berry bushes and what other plant life would now be more beautiful than ever and plentiful sensing that the berries weren't poisonous.

Standing back up and brushing off his knees he walks a few steps more reaching the door that would led into the tower.

"Hello friends, I'm here to see Ms. Keysanna. Will you be taking me to her?"

The guards nodded "only to the tower, we are not permitted past that point." Their voices were firm. Both men walked their heavey steps leading him down the flame lit halls. They seemed to stay quiet for the most part, they only used one magic, and so anyone using more then that was intimadating.
One before a narrow flame lit hall the guards stopped. "This is as far as we go... good luck" with that said they walk away quicker then it took to get there.

Keysanna sat back and smiled, "ah yes, he will be here in a moment, then we can proceed."

Something in the way she seemed to look at the book but not really at it, at least not really itself, but something beyond it, made Hunter shiver, suddenly reminding himself of darker and colder nights, he willed himself not to touch his scar, fortunately, the exchange between the girls provided distraction enough, even if just momentarily…

He wasn’t completely sure how exactly they were supposed to fight demons with dark magic, of course, he knew very little about demons, but to him, it sounded like fighting the sun with torches…

“So, we’ll be taking the book with dangerous dark magics to fight creatures of darkness?” He repeated with a bit of an awkward tone on his voice, trying to figure out what exactly was the plan, the old man hadn’t told him much about what exactly they wanted him to do.

His hand went up and scratched the back of his neck trying to hide the nervousness in his heart about this whole ordeal “Are we taking anything else?”

"Only what we need, and yes dark magic actully can help against black magic. The demons are that of the blackness, this book is on magic of darkness."
She explained softly and looked up a the group, "and seeing as we are all here, I've got a bit of a surprise for you all...."

She grabbed the bag and slowly made her way to the door, her black dress swaying behind her.
"If you all would come with me"

She led them down the hall filled with suits o shinny armor, and paintings new and old, lit by torces burning bright seeming to flicker each time Keysanna would walk by one. Leading them past multiple doors before she found her mark on a door. Stopping next to it waiting for them to gather around the door.
    "This is it"
Her eyes watched them with intrest for knowlage. She wanted to see what they could do. Her eyes glowing as she smiled a bit. Her hands on her hips.

Snowflake's expression was subtly unimpressed; not that she would deign to speak it aloud. Dark magick was known to be the abscess of a good soul – the moral cancer that devoured the minds and thoughts of all that possessed it. In the reflections of various trophies, the magician noted Hunter's awkwardness and Keysanna's uncertainty as she glanced at the book – but she acted upon neither, cynical to the end.

The sound of her footsteps bounced off the walls as she followed them silently, the air of their movements dancing with the flaming torches against the walls. Their journey ended as they came upon a room bearing sets of armour. She stared at it, narrowing her eyes before peering at Keysanna's back, folding her arms.

    'I refuse.'
